1. Overview

This website is operated by Presura ("Presura", "we", "us", "our"), a business based in Accra, Ghana. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Our products

We sell at-home personal-care and household devices and related accessories. We describe every product as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours or other content are entirely free of error. Screen colours vary between devices, and packaging may change without notice.

4. Not medical devices

Our products are cosmetic and wellbeing devices for personal at-home use. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a diagnosis. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Follow the instructions supplied with your device. Stop using it and seek qualified medical advice if you experience irritation, discomfort or any adverse reaction. If you are pregnant, have a skin or scalp condition, are photosensitive, take photosensitising medication, or have an implanted medical device, consult a healthcare professional before use. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and include applicable Ghanaian taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is calculated and displayed separately before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

6. Pricing and stock errors

Occasionally an item may be listed at an incorrect price, described incorrectly, or shown as available when it is not. Where this happens we reserve the right to cancel the order even if it has been confirmed and payment taken. If we cancel, we will notify you and refund you in full. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrect price.

7. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your order; the contract forms when we ship the goods. We may refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders flagged by our fraud checks, and multiple orders to the same address.

8. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your full card details. Orders are only fulfilled once payment clears.

9. Shipping and returns

Delivery, customs charges, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

10. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the site's operation, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to upload malicious code or unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

12. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Presura name, logo, text, images, layout and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

14. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, arising from your use of the site or of any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Presura harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, war, epidemics, carrier or customs disruption, and utility or network failures.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Changes take effect when posted, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Please check this page from time to time.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
