Shipping policy
This policy explains where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, who pays customs, and what happens when a parcel is delayed or lost. All charges are in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS).
Where we ship
We deliver throughout Ghana and to a list of international destinations shown at checkout. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there. If it does not, we cannot currently accept the order.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. That applies to every address we deliver to — anywhere in Ghana and to every international destination listed at checkout.
You will see GH₵0.00 for shipping at checkout. No shipping charge is ever added after you place an order.
Free shipping covers the cost of carrying the parcel to you. It does not cover import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees, which are separate charges levied by the authorities in the destination country — see Customs, import duty and clearance fees below.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Ghanaian public holidays). We aim to confirm and release your order to our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. The estimates below run from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Where your order ships from
Your order is dispatched from our overseas fulfilment partners. That is what keeps our prices where they are, and it is also why a parcel takes weeks rather than days. We would rather tell you that plainly now than have you refreshing a tracking page later.
Delivery estimates
- Ghana: 10–50 days from dispatch
- International: 15–60 days from dispatch
These are the real ranges quoted by our carrier, not optimistic ones. Most orders arrive well inside them, but customs inspections, courier backlogs, weather and public holidays all sit at the slow end. We do not control any of that, but we will always tell you what we know.
Customs, import duty and clearance fees
This is the part most people miss, so please read it before you order.
All parcels ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. That means any import duty, VAT, clearance charge or handling fee is payable by you, the recipient, and is not included in the price you pay us. This applies to orders delivered inside Ghana as well as international orders.
These charges are set and collected by Ghana Customs or by the customs authority of your country. They are not ours, we do not receive any part of them, and we cannot predict or refund them. If you refuse a parcel or abandon it at customs, we cannot refund that order.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the fulfilment centre. Tracking can take 3–7 days to begin showing scans, and cross-border parcels often update every few days rather than hourly. A tracking number that has not moved for several days is normal on this route and usually does not mean anything is wrong.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order has not arrived 60 days after dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including the shipping you paid. You will not have to argue the point with us.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it if the order has not shipped. Once a parcel has left the fulfilment centre the address cannot be changed. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you cover the reshipping cost.
Multiple items
Orders containing more than one device may ship as separate parcels and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
